- Matlab Codes of the Variational Principle (the VP): Matlab codes for generating diffeomorphisms with prescribed Jacobian determinant (JD) and Curl vector (CV) by an optimal control variational method.
- Matlab Codes of Image Averaging: Matlab codes for calculating an average of a set of images. This method is based on the Matlab codes for the VP, described above.
- Matlab Codes of a Method for Image Registration.
